The current demo
Appointment details remain in the current page while you prepare and review your request. With the default configuration, no booking endpoint or WhatsApp number is connected, so the demo does not send your details to a practice.
Your shortlist
Frame IDs are stored in this browser using local storage where available. Remove frames from the shortlist page to clear your choices. We do not store your appointment contact details in local storage.
Connected services
If a practice connects an appointment endpoint, the form will submit the details you review to that service. A configured WhatsApp enquiry opens WhatsApp with the frame and colour information. You choose whether to send that message.
Virtual try-on
The optional Arlo virtual try-on requests camera permission when you open it. Face tracking runs in your browser. This demo does not upload, save, or share camera images. MediaPipe code and its face model load from third-party servers when activated. The MediaPipe library may transmit usage and performance metrics to Google, as described in Google’s MediaPipe privacy notice.
Fonts and tracking
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google’s servers. No analytics provider is connected in this demo. Local interface events can be connected to an analytics service when the practice configures it.
Before launch
The operating practice must supply its identity, contact information, data retention arrangements, service providers, and the privacy policy appropriate to its actual services.
