Can I book an eye test online?
Yes. Choose a visit reason, a preferred day, and your contact details. Once a practice connects its booking service, it can receive your request and confirm a suitable time. This demo previews the flow only.
Can I buy the glasses shown here?
These are illustrative products for the demo. The current shop supports browsing and requests to try frames in store. Live products, stock, checkout, and fulfilment can be added for each practice.
Do the frame prices include lenses?
No. Catalogue prices are frame only. Prescription lenses and optional finishes are quoted separately before an order is placed.
Can I save frames before visiting?
Use the heart button on a frame to add it to your shortlist. When browser storage is available, your choices are saved on this device and carried into the appointment form.
What should I bring to an appointment?
Bring your current glasses, any existing prescription, and the questions you’d like to ask. The practice can confirm any additional requirements before your visit.
Do you accept my insurance?
Each practice will confirm its own accepted insurers and authorisation process. This demo does not advertise any insurer partnerships.
Are contact lenses available online?
The first version includes contact lens consultation enquiries. Repeat ordering and online purchasing are optional additions configured for the practice.
